TPU/TPE Lulzbot Extruder Body

I've altered the standard hexagon extruder body to eliminate the gap under the idler to allow flexible filaments to be printed more easily without binding under the idler. I considered printing and installing the Flexystruder, but with my alteration there's no need for extra parts. Simply swap it out with your existing extruder body and start printing.

This is the extruder body used in the LulzBot TAZ 5, TAZ 6, and Lulzbot Mini 3D Printer Extruder Tool Heads v2 and v2.1.
