JPT's Z-Endstop-Holder for MendelMax

Well, another endstop holder.
I prefere those using bolts to mount the switch, that's why I redrew Simonious' endstop.
Hint: Cut a thread into the holes of the switch, so you won't need any nuts.
Switch dimensions: 20x10x5 mm, holes 2,5 mm
Holder dimensions: elevation 35 mm, overhang (M5 axis to switch center) 35 mm, similar to Simonious's
Holes diameter: 5,5 mm / 3,5 mm

It was a bad idea to put the endstop rails in here, too.
