Parametric twisted underslung spool brackets

This is a pair of brackets intended to allow a filament spool to be suspended below the top frame of a delta printer. The idea is that I could make a heat-retaining enclosure for the printer, that simply rests on the top frame - which would conflict with the usual sort of top-mounted spool.

In the interests of learning OpenSCAD (and also because I have no idea how I'd model the necessary 60º twist in Tinkercad), I've made this fully parametric. You can make brackets to support any round rod
