CR10 Display Holder for Ender 2

As part of my work to make my Ender 2 more quiet, I upgraded to an SKR Mini E3 board. Unfortunately, as of early September 2019, Marlin 2 doesn't yet support the combination of the Mini E3 and the default display (despite my best efforts at updating the pin definitions, and many, many hours of hacking Marlin). So I bought a new CR10 display from eBay and designed this mount to fit it.
