BLV 3D-printer part: modified left Tensioner mount v2

The BLV 3D-printer is a very nice design, but there are always some things which can be improved ;-)

Building the largest version of this printer I had troubles mounting the part "Left_Tensioner_mount": it broke twice during assembly.. Not possible to assembly the part without disassemble some parts of the frame. And when you have assembled the frame, you really don't want to disassemble it anymore..

So, I have changed the problem part a bit: you can easy fit it on it's place now..
