I've made simple enclosure for joypad designed by Raf/Vulture Design (PCB file included) which was meant to control UK1541 drive emulator designed by Kisiel/Icon: https://rr.pokefinder.org/wiki/UK1541
Although it's working as regular joystick, so You can use it for example to test Your control ports.
