Messwerk Filament Meter Counter Mechanical up to 999m dezimal

this is still a work in progress ( you can follow me to keep updated for free ;) )...
you additionaly:
- some M3 rods
- and nuts
- additionaly some "glue" or superGlue
- a litle bit of "silicone"
- 2 springs for pressure roles

silicone need to be "wound" around the middle part of the first disc to get the required friction

there need to be an "anpresswalze" as you can see this part is still missing at the moment... will be added in an updated version
