This is a mounting bracket that fits snugly over the extrusion on the X axis of an Ender 3 V2, it does not interfere with the X axis belt tensioner, or the Z axis travel, it travels with the Z axis, and is intended as a firm mount for an arm that would hold a webcam. (in my example I used an F&V photo and video arm, attached to an obsoleted Samsung S8)
There is additional weight on the Z axis screw, but I have not noticed any effect to prints. I mounted the webcam on the back side of the printer, as a) it gets a better view of the nozzle from that position without the blower vents blocking the view, and b) it is out of the way when moving the bed manually for removing prints, c) it is very unlikely to be bumped out of position in that location
