4040 extrusion

This is the main support for my 3D-printed server rack. It's designed to fit nicely with my splices and my corner brackets. It will accept T-nuts for 4040 extrusions. For best strength, print at 100 percent infill with a wall count of 5. It will need a raft, and if the height is too tall for your printer, drop the height by 10 mm while keeping all other dimensions the same. Print vertically for best results. This is the base for all of my 3D-printed server rack.
