40mm Velocity Stack

Just tried to copy the Stack on my old Carburetor. I didn't get the chance to test as I replaced the Carb in the mean time so this may still need some fettling.

Also this was more of a test of FreeCAD for me., Not that that matters.

I'm really just putting the model somewhere I can easily find it for later projects, use with caution!
