Z thrust bearing mount for Loches upgraded MG Prusa

This is kind of an ugly hack to make the nice coupling system from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16263 work with a MG Prusa that had Loches Z axis upgrade http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22887 applied. Basically, I de-integrated it a bit. Works great except that the rods no longer reach the lower constraint. I recommend printing a new lower z-axis stabilizer before mounting these.

Poor print quality was from a botched slic3r config on my part, but it works...
