Implement BLV style status rings on OctoPrint based printers.

Use these parts along with some parts from the BLV mgn Cube front panel assemly to create a generic holder for the NeoPixel rings. Add the information from GitHub for the sketch and you have functioning status rings for any printer running OctoPrint.
