RigidBot e3dv6 Part Cooling Fan v2

For an e3dv6 mounted with the mount provided by Tom Carson:

I've left the original single part version up, but also now have a two part print, one is the flat upper mount which goes onto the extruder plate and the the lower half which has a much improved airflow path and the hold are just snug for #4 1/2" screws.
