Spool handle v3 - 67/60mm

A spool handle to be used on top of 3D printer frame. Originally designed for [Monkeyfab Prime3D](http://3dwpraktyce.pl/prime3d/), but the handle should also fit similar 6 mm thick frames. The axis and the 2 round plugs are designed for 60 mm wide spool with 67 mm internal diameter. Maximum external spool diameter is 27 cm.
