Case for Raspberry Pi with PiGlow

This remix of HansH's case makes room for a [Pimoroni PiGlow](http://www.adafruit.com/products/1488). The leaves in the raspberry logo have been expanded to display the PiGlow, and the GPIO opening on the side has been widened to make room for the edge of the PiGlow board.

I've also added feet with holes to make it easy to clip it to a shelf.
