Raspberry A+ for PiGlow

Love the original case design, and needed to use with it with a PiGlow. I wanted to keep the PiGlow itself at or below the cover level, so using something to extend the GPIO pins didn't seem like an option. Very basic, but does the job.

The next iteration will have openings laid out to match the spiral arms layout for the LED's.
