Quick-fit J-head extruder to universal

A small adaptor to fill the hole designed for J-head and get the original extruder.

I changed the files, according to the exact dimensions from http://reprap.org/wiki/File:Jhn_nozzle_holder_v5_metric.jpg.
But i'm not sure for the exact length for now it's 11mm.
