Vacuum Turbine Tool 2.0 adjustable with ER11 Shank

Updated Version of an earlier tool. This version utilizes an ER11 shank which has a whole set of collets available for whatever your light tooling needs may be. Necessary changes include increasing the bearings to 8mm ID as opposed to the smaller and requires reprinting the whole thing if you were using an the pprevieous tool with a 3-jay chuck.
