Filament Spool Helper v1 to avoid stopping by Overlaps of ring

After some bad stop of printing by overlaps of filament in the spool, i decided to find a solution.
First solution a ring with weight.
Second solution i develop and print this...
the idea is to have a weight connected to ones ring to keep filament free from overlap, and simple round shape like a spoon help to reduce or solve overlap of filament.
