Hotend fan and layer fan for E3D type hotend

This is my last design for my [recently bought hotend](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:507632).
The layer fan was inspired by [this](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:289114) and [this](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:252545).
