P3Steel / Prusa i3 E3D hotend Bowden mount

This is an E3D-style hotend (actually I am using one of the very inexpensive E3D V5 "made in China" clones) Bowden mount for any P3Steel or Prusa i3 variant that uses an X-carriage with the standard 30mm M3 hole spacing.

The OpenSCAD source is included for all the parts, so the thing can be further remixed.
