MendelMax 2.0 HiTec Servo Mount and Z-Probe Arm

These brackets are based on the design by KKHausman and were adapted for a HiTec servo for auto bed leveling. The bracket does have a small bit of flex during probing but doesn't seem to have much of an affect on the results. The servo used is a HiTec RS-81 and the switch is an Omron 0623H3.
