Printrbot+ Micrometer Z Adjuster

Set your Z home position using a micrometer head instead of fiddling around with a hard to get to machine screw. Inspired by an original design by Plexus on printerbottalk.com who deserves credit for the idea. Should work on a printrbot LC, but not tested.
