P3Steel Configurable LCD Controller Side Mount

This is a remix / mashup of the Full Graphics LCD Controller Mount by oliasmage (Charles Bell), thing #287633, the mounting brackets for the LCD 2004 Smart Controller by Korri, thing #284377, and my earlier LCD Controller Mount for the Prusa i3 6mm frame, thing #587653.
