Bearing adapter for direct drive Ultimaker Original

Made some changes to Dim3nsioneers design:

- reinforced the adapter because it broke ones when I tried to push the bearing in
- decreased diameter of part that fits in to the hole by 0,2mm because it didn't go in nicely

I printed it with support as you can see in the screenshot
