E3D-V6 Printrbot adapter

Modified from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:559657 Extends E3D-V6 to approximately match length of original printrbot hotend. Mounts to hotend with 2 4-40 screws. Hotend needs to be drilled and tapped to match. Shown here with printrbot double drive extruder.
