This is a Air tight Rugged box with more CSK bolts to provide a more Tight seal for big boxes.Contains 3 different parts.1. Bottom part prints with PLA or other plastic2 top lid part - Print with PLA or similar plastic.3. Gasket - use TPU , and TPC material to print Rubber-like material.(Please use TPU/TPC material parameters as per manufacturer)Make sure to use recommended materials.Use Heat set insert. use hole at top face on bottom part .Use M3 Heat insets and M3 CSK 10mm Bolt for Assembly. max depth of hole is 8mm.Hole diameter 4.6mm for heat insert(select accordingly.)Please DO NOT FORCE to TIGHT SCREWS.Apply Gentle Pressure to the tight Lid on top.Share your make and comments here.Keep following for more related Models.Have Fun!.
