Vertex ViKi LCD Mount for MendelMax

This is a mount for Panucatt Devices' ViKi LCD panel for MendelMax printers. It mounts to the left vertex of the printer and slightly hangs over the edge. I can provide different mounting configurations if requested.

The screw tabs style was inspired by tommyc's PanelMax Vertex.
