Prusa i3 / P3Steel captive nut for easier bed leveling

Removes need to have a spanner on the underside of the bed (for p3 steel - may fit other Prusa with similar y carriage). Just an allen key needed to make adjustments.

Thought about thumb screws but didn't like that solution.
This is the first thing I have uploaded, comments welcome.
