Full Graphic Smart LCD bracket and knob

I made a Full Graphic Smart LCD case from wersy's "Case for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250) and designed new bracket (for 2020 extrusion) and a big knob.

I feel the big knob works much better than small ones. It's easy to rotate and has better selection resolution.
