VESA Adapter 50 to 100

This is a VESA adapter from 50mm to 100mm.
You can use it to mount the ModMyPi Raspberry Pi B+/2 Case to a office monitor that has VESA 100.
The case can be mounted on the adapter using 4 x M3 12mm screws and 4 x M3 hexagon nuts (DIN 934).
The adapter can be mounted on the monitor using 4 x M4 16mm screws.
It's thickness is 6mm.
