Jhead Mount to Ubis Hotend Adapter

I needed to use the printrbot's ubis hotend with a jhead mount (for a Smartrapcore). Unfortunatly, the grooves are not the same between the two.

Fun fact, the smartrapcore's bracket is closer to a groovemount than a real Jhead. I've updated the STLs accordingly. Feel free to adapt to your own with the SCAD.
