DeltaPrintr Lower Extruder Holder

This is my version of Valentins lower extruder block replacement from this thread on the Deltaprintr support forum:

I made the hole for the brass filament assembly slightly smaller than the original which allowed me to screw in the brass piece that holds the tube.
