Prusa Trapped Nut Y-belt Clamp

I wanted to be able to adjust the Y belt without removing the entire build surface, so I beefed up the belt clamp block a bit and added some holes for trapped m3 nuts. This is designed to either replace the usual belt clamp, or be used in tandem with it (sandwiching the Y platform and belt between the two).
