This is a Printrboardcase for my Rev.D board.
It has a 40mm-Fan mount and two 8mm holes for a 40mm Extruded-Aluminium (8mm slot).
The two square holes in the top may be used for ATX power.
I printed this in PETG due to warping (Case) and ABS (lid).
The holes for the lid and the fan are for M3 (threading) but you can use selftapping screws
