Thermocouple Alternative Mount

This part is a modification of wcarver1's thermocouple mount for the dual E3D extruder setup. The new version is a little taller and with a hole pattern to accommodate the TC board sold by filastruder "E3D External Thermocouple Board v1.0". You will need to download version 3 of the original part to use the scad file, or just use the STL.
