Makerbot Replicator 2 E3D V6 / lite mount

This is a mount that will allow the E3D v6 / v6 lite to be used on the
makerbot replicator 2 with the stock cooling fan.

V3 had a small change that moved the step motor in a little to align the extruder holes.
