Rigidbot non-bowden cyclop/chimera mount

This a non-bowden mount system to use E3D's cyclop/chimera extruders with the Rididbot.
It reused the original Rigidbot single-extruder alluminium plate and consists in a plate to receive the two original NEMA motors, and fixations to maintain the motor on the plate.
It uses the mount from Sactocal here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:664341, including the risers, but I have remaid the belt riser to fit with my 20 teeth pulley.
