I couldn't use the other holders with an e3d not setup as z-lossless, as the probe wasn't long enough to reach the bed.
The probe should just thread right in without the use of screws, just put the 2 nuts together and turn the probe from the 2 nuts. Just gripping the probe with pliers you might damage the housing.
The fit is VERY tight.
