The Prop Chopper - Bullnose Prop Cutter for Dremel

New and improved Prop Cutter for the Dremel, or if you are cheap like me the "Power Fist"
Biggest change is I moved the holes slightly so if you use I 2mm cutting bit you will get a 5 inch, 4 inch or 3 inch prop.
Cleaned you the design at little and added some numbers.
