Bullnose Prop Cutter for Dremel (3-5in)

Added some more material (and strength) to the joint between cylinder and arm. I also added more material to the prop hole so that standard M5 screws fit without using a nut.

Updated version (160309) is 5.5mm higher so more dremel tools can be used. I've also added holes for more sizes.
