Japanese Torii Frame - Modular Kanjis

This modular structure for Torii is an engineering project focused on simplified assembly and minimalist aesthetics, inspired by traditional Japanese architecture. The design captures the essence of Torii gates—symbolizing the transition between the profane and the sacred—by integrating this cultural aesthetic into a system of precise tolerances for superior mechanical functionality.   Interconnectivity System:   Glue-free: The structure uses an optimized mechanical interlocking system that completely eliminates the need for chemical adhesives or external tools for final assembly. Central modularity: The design allows for quick replacement of the central kanji characters (including the Luck and Peace models) via an integrated sliding rail system. Geometric optimization: The parts are modeled to ensure structural stability with minimal supports, maximizing surface quality directly from the print bed.       Validation hardware: Design tested and validated on a Bambu Lab A1.   Recommended
