Rigidbot X/Y idler using Openbuilds pulley kit

This design is inspired and based on the DXF file Alex Lee shared on the RB Google Group for his Aluminum version.
So all credit goes to him.

The Idler is a replacement for the original RB ones and eliminates the belt dragging on the stock bracket, which many believe is one cause of layer shift.
