LCD Knob slim

I really liked the design from clydefrog, so I made a remix.
Thanks for including the Catia file, made it really easy to adapt.

My goal was to reduce the gap between knob and Panel, so the knob is a bit thicker as his original design but the hole is made that it can be pushed further on the encoder. (Please refer to the renderings)
