Kontinuum Glide MKI - Upgrade for the central gimbal

This is the long awaited upgrade to the central gimbal of the Kontinuum Glide MKI: ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:36348 ).

For those of you who made a copy of the MKI, and were kind of dissapointed by the sucky panning, this solves the panning issues completely, using a single bearing with a central diameter of 25mm instead of the 6 small bearings previously used.

Keep in mind that this is still just a patch to get the MKI prototype working properly.
