Tantillus XY ends with GT2 clamps and build in printed bushing

I needed some method to attach GT2 belts to the XY ends.
I originally wanted to use http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:359346 but it had no build in way to secure the Carriage rods and browsed some more.

I found these and combined them with a printed bushing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16813 as I found it silly to print the ends and then print bushing to stuf
