Mod XYZ Da Vinci to use Pico hot end

After flashing Repetier firmware I wanted to mod My Da Vinci to allow for printing with other filament types than ABS. These are the parts I printed to mount a B3 Pico Hot end. So far I am able to print ABS, PLA, NinjaFlex, and PTEG.

This is a remix from a E3d Mod the parts were a bit too large to fit the groove mount on the pico, I Redrew that in the STLs.
