Ultimaker Original - Side Extruder

I didn't like how the Ultimaker has essential stuff at the back of the machine, where you have difficulty reaching it. Also, I want to place it in a cabinet that is only barely deep enough, so winning a few centimeters there would also be nice. So, I flipped the extruder part around, and placed it to the right of the machine.
