Makerbot ME1 Endstop Mount and case

This is a case for the Makerbot ME1 Endstop and is easily mounted in t-slot using a 1/4-20 bolt and t-nut.

Update: I thickened up the bottom piece because I noticed the slots were peaking through when printed. Also added fillets to the top and bottom to add extra support.
