Direct motor mount for Ultimaker 2 Aluminium clone

I got problem with backlash on my ultimaker 2 clone, no matter how hard I tried to tension the belts. So I just wanted to remove a possible cause to the problem. And reduce maintenance to re-tighten the motors.
